Joseph S. Loveless, III

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive and co-founder Joseph Loveless is responsible for the development and success of all Clear Stake companies. Mr. Loveless brings 25 years of financial, marketing, consulting, and information technology experience from Fortune 50 clients to entrepreneurial SMBs. Mr. Loveless is a frequent public speaker and has a demonstrable record of creating and delivering innovative solutions that improve marketshare and increase financial performance for internal and external shareholders. An experienced business leader with extensive consulting, marketing, and project management experience, Mr. Loveless served with distinction at Jones Day, Countrywide, Entex Information Services, Computer Associates and Deltek.

Robert M. Collyer

Chief Operations Officer

Chief Operations Officer and co-founder Robert Collyer is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company including business development, partner management, finance, operations, risk management, and strategic planning. With more than 20 years experience in sales and operational leadership, Mr. Collyer has extensive experience delivering financially sound strategies and solutions to large and medium-sized organizations. As an executive responsible for business development with large service providers, Mr. Collyer has an extensive record of serving customers in the financial, insurance, construction, and manufacturing markets.
