These Terms & Conditions set out the terms on which we, ClearStake Limited, will process your data on behalf of a betting or gambling operator whose services you wish to use or continue to use (“operator”).

You agree:

• To provide us with true and accurate information about your account and transaction history.
• Not to disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on our system nor attempt to do any such things, except to the extent it may be permitted by law.

We agree:

• To process your data to which you give us access in accordance with our Privacy Policy Notice for Service Users.
• To store your data securely in accordance with current best practice and in accordance with our Privacy Policy Notice for Service Users.
• Not to access your personal data ourselves, except where necessary or incidental to maintenance of our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your use of our services if we reasonably suspect you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We take reasonable skill and care to present your data to operators, but do not guarantee the accuracy of the data or its presentation. The analysis of the data is a subjective concept that depends upon a number of variables which are determined by the operator.

You understand that we give visibility of your data toa third-party operator who makes their own decisions whether to allow you to use their services based on their own eligibility criteria, which they apply to the data we have shared with them. We are not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information you have provided to us or for the consequences of decisions made by the operator - whether those decisions may be to allow you to bet or gamble or not.
